i found a new hardrive cause mine broke.   so i put mugen plus of course.   but its very slow and choppy and the music is choppy, but 1 out of 6 fights it works pretty good, but still its annoying.  is there anything i can do please help.

First off, try not having other programs run in the background. Also, Task Manager could help.

Good point, what all programs run on start up, whats in your start up group, how many icons do you have in your task bar.

i actually have No programs really.  except microsoft office.  i dont even have the internet on that computer!

How fast is the HDD?

You might be able to find out by opening your computer and move the HDD out and give us a few camera images of the HDD if there is any info on it.
