Boss Sagat 1.35 annual update

ver. 1.35

things implemented:
AI adjustment
redone animtimes and clsn's
removed debug floods

yes its been a year since i spawned this darker sagat and i can say this version provides harder AI indefinitely, kills shin vega without a doubt and will match his 100% mode blow for blow. ive also fixed some bugs, mainly the dreaded debug floods. enjoy.

Tough AI is not a good thing, it is a bad thing.
I'm honestly just so tired of never being able to finish arcade mode because good to play as characters happen to have AI that just tears you up. I can't really judge THIS Ai though, since I've never actually tried this character yet...
Feedback will follow though, hopefully this isn't TOO far out there in AI...

Keep the old AI and rename it in the char def file.
Example LameAI.def and add the new AI.
That's what I do.
