Looks great so far.  The only thing that I wondered about was the jumping punch, when he turned into small fighter?  Is it supposed to be like that?

Oh, and what is he saying at the end of the video?

He turned into KFM. He's using KFM as his base.
As for my suggestions, probably give him that move where he uses a shotgun, then I remember one episode he used a flaming crossbow, then I think in the first episode he shot green slime out of his straw.
