heath ledger "joker" need help

I want to make a heath version joker but I got a few problems
1.I never made a char before
2.I only barely know how to use fighter factor
3.never made a sprite or know how to
4.I don't got the money to pay for any software programs that cost said money I dont got
5.how the heck do u give a char a voice intro "lets put a  smile on that face"

well before you mess with programming I would start working on your sprites. Find a character base, and save them as bitmaps since you dont want to buy any software, then you can use paint to edit them. If youre willing to spend the time editing hundreds of sprites, myself as well as many others will help you learn to program if you get that far.

We get this a lot, and once people see how much work it is they usually dont follow through. Keep in mind its a lot of work, and theres no way we could tell you everything on a message board post. You have to go step by step. 1st step is creating your sprites. If you need more info just post it here, and I, or others will be happy to answer any questions

I have windows 2000 and pain tells me I need .net witch tells me I need something better so... what now (I'm gonna go to sleep cause I been up all night trying to figure this out but damit I will make a joker if it kills me)
