one more stage coding request

okay, I've never asked for a lot of help so anyways

the reason im asking for help is...making the Terror of Giygas even more scarier

that includes

-the face that moves in the exact same motion like in earthbound (mother 2)
-a better floor (cant find any good ones)

so, please, can anyone one of you great stage coders help this stage coder in training?
