There's some facts behind these:

- Unevil palettes for Evil Ken and Ryu by Reu (RIP), and Evil Dan by ilcane87: Requested by Joe-Kun at Mugen-Lair.
- Cable palettes were requested by dvv at Mugen-Lair (based off the Comic and Movie incarnations of the Punisher.
- The Ingrid palettes were a contest entry at Mugen-Lair (based off Shin Akuma, K', and Lei-Lei. They came in third).
- The Charlie palettes were a pack I wasn't initially wasn't going to release. Top: Left: Gogeta, Right: Gotenks. Bottom, Based off me (like the Kyosuke palette).
- The Infinite palette was one of my very first palettes, based off a screenshot I saw of XCB's. That Infinite is by TNT. IT IS NOT BLAQUE! They look very similar.

Yeah, Psycho Krusher's been my longtime host since September. However, he's got school and stuff, and he's very rarely around to host them anymore, so  dresmasher's been hosting them since today. I am currently waiting on staff approval to host my palettes for hires characters at Ascended Mugen, since dresmaehr is cautious with his photobucket bandwith, and hires palette gifs would wreck it. That's what's holding the release of my Dizzy Omni-Psych Chipp palettes, which were long discontinued wips from October.

and PGreedRGB, you're welcome to use those palettes in future updates. I'm usually very open to that as long as I'm credited in some way. I do have to edit the palettes for Blossom and Bubbles in the intro though (only Blossom's bow changes color in Buttercup's intro, and very little of Bubbles does). That will be saved for a future update.

I think those are some of my best palettes yet.

Why isn't the Sonic Machine palette for a Guile, who Sonic Machine is actually edited from? Shared palette issues that made it impossible to do on a Guile.

You may be thinking "WTF Orochi Gill, you just darkened the palettes!" Well, if you watched the PPG cartoon back when it didn't get horrid with the rest of CN, you'll know that that's just what the Rowdyruff Boy's colors were; darkened versions of the PPG's colors. They were their evil counterparts, after all.

I know the helpers in Butttercup D's palette don't have the same palette as the other PPGD palettes. Consistantcy was a b****. That, and shared palettes kinda.
