how do i change the announcer in mugen

lets say i have an old crappy announcer and i want to change it to the mortal kombat announcer how do i go about doing this?

well, i'm not sure exactly, but i believe you need to replace the current fight.snd file in the data folder with the one you want to replace it with. can anyone confirm this?
