Sexy K.O. questions

ok could someone please explain what is "sexy K.O." to me and how to do it and activate it?  i been reading it and people talk about it but i dont know what it is or how to do it could someone please explain to me i would be very great full     thanks again

i might be mistaken (but i dont think i am), but some characters who are ko'd under certain conditions become "sexy", usually by partial or total loss of clothing

Tifa by Yamakichi is a good example i believe
