I guess im going to switch to winmugen plus so i can get the full benefit of Syn's new stage when its released. So i need some information on it before i make the switch. Ok first question Can any recommend and link me the best Hires screen pack available for winmugen plus?

Also is there a version of EVE screenpack that is compatible with winmugen plus? Because thats the screen pack ive used since ive started using mugen. One more question can i use low res life bars for winmugen plus? Or do i need to find Hires ones? Well hope everyone can answer my questions, Thanks in advance if you can.

Not that I know of, but I heard DJ Van was gonna make a Hi-Res version of EVE.

you can use lo res lifebars but the fonts get twice as small

Maybe people should stop calling HR Mugen that name. Too many people think that everything has to be HR there. No, the lifebars don't have to be HR. In fact, WM+ is a hack of the HR-Select screen only hack, not the HR hack.

ok so does anyone know any good Hi-res screenpacks tho? But thanks for the other answers, also im still not completely understanding does the hires stages work with win mugen plus or no? Syn says that it does someone in this topic says no. So i really need an answer on this.

If you want some good HR screepacks, look in Mugen Fighters Guild.

And no one said HR stages don't work in Winmugen +.

Syn, you tease! The stage looks great, but will the transition stay as a flash, or will it be changed later to some sort of smooth fade out or something?

I'm glad you choose Highres for this, with winmugen plus out, I don't understand why people would want this in lo-res.

Not everyone has a fast computer to record awsome mugen vids. You can't do from what I know Hi-Res Mugen on 320 by 240 and most people record at that size, cause any higher would cause the frame rate to go down. Also it can be a pain to transfer all your characters, especially if the screen pack layout is weird for characters. I do have one question, SyN, are you gonna break up this stage into two seperate releases as well? I would love to see that chaotic stage as a stand alone.

Also for those with issues with hi res mugen, I'll redo the first version of the stage,



a positive and negative version will be available for low res mugen.
