Something is wrong with my Necro by Cloudius..

I just got Necro by Cloudius but something is very wrong with him. He has all 6 punch/kick buttons but  he has no moves or super arts. Is my copy just screwed up or is this normal?

Well check the database there are two different Necro there I just updated SF3 character section a couple of days ago.
