Who are the top tiers on your mugen?

Here is my list! (Please do NOT include your boss character/s) Don't post if you have too many extremely overpowered characters.

Tetsu Yatogi
Jotaro
Super Goku (chojin)
Iori Yagami (by H)
Perfect Cell (chojin)
Justice
Dragon Claw
Terry (GM)
Chun-li (CWT-JLee)
Yatogi Tetsu (silentstorm)
Belmont Trusdale
Edward Trusdale
Shin Shishioh
Testament
Red Arcueid
Millia rage
Sachiel

There are probably a few more on the top tier list. These are just the ones I can think of at the moment.

The only tiers in my Mugen are the ones coming out of people's eyes. After someone loses. Yeah. Maybe me.

-i know he's cheap but i have reduced his life to 1000,
his attack and defense to 100, to make him a good fighter instead of a cheapie.
