in the cases of
CLaudia L.,Lord ROger,FAb,Poncho, Cucu,Steven Seagal,DJ Will,Deft, h-killer.
and S&C bugs was fixed, cheapies fixed too.

Dios/God/Bóg: Hercolobus guard damage fixed and some code tweaked.

all sftm chars:
Ken and Gouki: Shoryuken is easiest now, some bug checked.
M.BISON: Red Stomp Mania hyper now is more effective, easy commands are by default.

Jessica SMoke 9.7:
- bug on lost soul fixed.
--Sprites on gethit, some clns in air  fixed, look better.
and this..update for Annie PolleY 6.2:

-some voice sounds was re-sampled, sound better now.
-Cheapies fixed.
