The story of this game takes place after Golden Axe 3 and before Golden Axe: Revenge of Death Adder.
4P co-op, different weapons, 10 characters to choose from.

I'm unsure about this, but Zvitor does make good beat em' ups and hack and slashes. I'll wait a little while longer.
